Do you all offer training sessions for children under 5?

We currently do not, but in the near future there will be an early development/toddler program. Contact Coach Kay for reservations.

What locations do you specialize in?

We currently specialize in the Northern Virginia area, occupying Stafford and Fredericksburg also.

What if I miss or am late for a training session?
